examples might be: Morning routine, includes some wake up yoga and Ayurveda day preparation, with some meditation for focus, on the day and on how you wish to present yourself to the world and journaling todays goals.
Evening routine, includes some restorative or yin postures, and Ayurveda sleep preparation, with some meditation for release of the day and how grateful you are even for the little things, finish with some journaling about your gratitude.
