Meditation can be a little daunting, but with all things in life, there are tools to make meditation more assessible.

Keys/Tools for meditation success:
find a place that you will be distraction free
make the place feel cozy and comfortable
find the position that is right for your body (seated on floor or in a chair)
pay attention to your breath
remove technology from the space
don't look at the time
be excited about even one minute in the beginning

Meditation can save your life, by reducing heart disease, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, decreasing stress hormones in the body, bring balance back to the systems and improving your immune function.
